Courage, vitality, confidence and action- the carnelian restores vitality and stimulates creativity. Carnelian is said to attract prosperity and new resources. Carnelian is also a stone for overcoming procrastination.

The ancient Egyptians named the stone carnelian, due to its fiery hues. It also became a stone of alchemy. Many Pharaohs wore carnelian jewellery, as it was believed to bestow courage and strength. 

Carnelian promotes protection against envy and rage, helping you trust yourself and your perceptions and tapping into creative energy. 

Carnelian stimulates the Sacral chakra, which controls the flow of energy around the body. It also supports the healing of root chakra blockages and trauma.
